Charlie, therin lies the rub, if you are not beside or near your work you won't meet the visitors. If they don't meet you, they find an artist they can talk with.
The show is huge, and non-exhibiting visitors are not plentiful, but they are often quality rather than quantity, apart from local art-school tours. Some galleries also bring one or two of their artists to the Biennale, so an exhibitor could also be a Gallery. I would agree though, it is expensive, particularly if you are funding it all yourself.

Re: Galleries Overseas

Hi Karen,
I have been looking for information regarding Colorida as well. Could you share the rest of your experience? I just received an email from them and don't know what to think. Is it just a money making scam? I also have no idea where they pulled my private email address from which is a bit worrying :S
