This is the ninth and last of the series of paintings featuring glass and flowers. How to end a series ? This is difficult. So, I did an Ensō, which in Zen is “no-thing”.

been on this page for ten minutes now so thought i’d log in and say so.
it took five to discover the vases for some reason, and even then i saw them because i knew they were there.
the whole series has been wonderful to follow and this seems the only way to conclude it. it’s as if this was not made but was always there, in some way.
