A Scratching Demo

Very interesting. I liked seeing your tools. What did you paint your board with initially? I wasn't clear on that.

Thanks for your remarks. My initial treatment is with wax pastels but there really isn't an initial full coat since my work is iterative in that I apply, rub, scratch, apply both wax and pan pastels--over and over until I reach that special point of satisfaction.
