Small 'Sketch+'. Three Ju52s approaching RAF DREM carrying senior German Officers to discuss The surrender of German Forces in Norway.
Very little information other than that the Ju52s were painted white and were escorted by Spitfires of 603 Sqdn. The Germans were taken to Edinburgh Castle, and the a/c left for an unknown destination.
A/C flying over the Bass Rock with the isle of May and Coast of Fife in the distance.
There is a photo of the German Officers on the DREM web site.
