Re: Free Download: Oil Painting Tips for Beginners

Sorry, don't mean to be snarky, but the downloads aren't free. A person has to give you a an email address which you start spamming and never stop. I tried it once and no matter how many times I "unsubscribed" you kept it up. I had to close that email account because FW just kept spamming.

Again, don't mean to be snarky, just don't like the word Free to be applied to anything that isn't.

Re: Free Download: Oil Painting Tips for Beginners

Hi there - I'm sorry to hear that there were issues unsubscribing, and wish I could've helped get it fixed before you had to change your email address. I don't believe that any of the messages are "spam," however; many of our readers appreciate hearing about the new books and products that F+W publishes, as well as the competitions that they can enter, etc.

It's also possible to manage one's subscription by choosing which emails they can receive.

Thank you for taking the time to let me know your thoughts, and have a wonderful day.

All best,
Cherie
