Re: Report all Bugs

There's a bug in the Articles system which appeared when wetcanvas changed servers some time ago. Here's a workaround to get further pages:

ARTICLE INDEX

Recently, technical difficulties have made it impossible to get beyond the first page of any of the WC Articles atop most Forums across the site,
however, it now appears that by taking the url and adding /pagex.php to the end of the url you may progress through the article ( x being the next page number).

Re: Report all Bugs

Just recently, I've been experiencing an odd problem when I try to access some of the forums. Luckily, this is not consistent and didn't happen at this forum, or in the Oils forum where I usually hang out, but it's happened in trying to get to Abtracts and Contemporary Art, and another time when I tried to find an old post in the Oils: Technical subforum. What happens is that I'm logged off and asked to enter my password in order to re-enter the site. So I do that, and it takes my log in just fine, but then when I try again to get to the page I want, I'm bumped out again and it asks me to log in again.

FYI, I'm also getting messages that say my log in is not secure, which I've never seen except recently. I'm not certain if this is actually a WC issue, or if there was a recent browser update that has some sort of security feature that's responsible for not being able to stay logged in and/or the security warning. I'm going to be exploring possible fixes on my end, but I thought I should let WC know too.

Re: Report all Bugs

First of all your cookie space is full so wetcanvas can't see your cookie. Clear your temporary files in your browser. Make sure you check "Remember me" when you log in.

Some technical forums are set up as readable but not open for posting, that may be your problem.

Yep, clearing the files did the trick! Thanks, Yorkie!
