Autumn Robin Xpost digital art

I painted this on my ipad using procreate. I guess it is a bit twee, the robin is a bit big and too close to the centre. However, I like the leaves.

Thanks for looking any comments welcome

It is very pretty, although the bird is rather flat. What is "twee"?

Thanks for your comments. Twee in England means cutesy, over sentimental if that makes sense.

Beautiful... Lovely colors and blending... I really enjoy the leave patterns and blending, gives a great atmosphere to the painting.

I don't find it twee at all George. The colours and background are so soft and beautiful and because the bird is delicately painted it blends into the background nicely. If you jacked up the tones and made the bird more colourful, it would spoil the illusion of it being part of its environment. I really like this painting.

Lovely composition and it does feel very autumnal! The robin sits nicely there among those lovely leaves.
