Amazing stuff as usual! But I think I might love it more "LIVE" on the wall ... because it appears as a photo to my eyes ... and your meticulous appreciation for wood details and reds may be hidden on first glance.

Really beautiful. I am so envious. I am fairly new to oil painting and whenever I try to paint something red in sunlight like brickwork it invariably turns out looking more orange than red.

Derek, as always, I am awed by your ability to create such variation within a single range of color. So much red and yet so much variety, then even more in the silo, and the grass is green yet not appearing electric next to the reds everywhere.
