I went along to a life drawing workshop at Stamford on Sunday, ten ’til four. We had an excellent model and the event was hosted by a local sculptor who also does superb charcoal portraits and figure studies. I chose to work in conte.

Model’s choice Constance. Last time she wore hooped ones…tricky to draw but they help to give form to the legs….
