Use to denote nudity/mature subject matter Return to Stamford, Lucy.

Return to Stamford. I was at the life group last night. First time for a while. Nice evening with Lucy who has a Santa Lucia tattoo across her foot.....not my cup of tea but she's an excellent model.

I went down to see the exhibition of John Singer Sargent's work at the National Portrait gallery on Wednesday. Stunning stuff, wonderfully accomplished portraits which are often full figure. Two possible reactions; break your pencils or try harder. I went for the second option.

Sargent it ain't, but I was quite pleased with the result. Two hour pose, pencil and graphite.

Went to the Sargent exhibition myself a couple of weeks back. Great stuff. My reaction was: I need to use bigger brushes!

I'd like to see the Sargent exhibition as well... too bad

with some poses like this I think it can be a struggle with making the head look normal... I often find it so!

but you have done a great job with this pose Harry, I can see you were inspired

Re: Return to Stamford, Lucy.

Glad you went for the second option, Harry We get to see a beauty like this. Very nicely done, the composition and design is neat. Small nitpick would be that the head seems to be popped up just a bit. I would think that darkening the pillow adjacent to her head might help settle it down a bit ?
