I see there have been similar issues in the past to the one I am now having.
I purchased several downloadable items from the North Light Shop 3 days ago and one of the links does not work (this is for the 2013 Pastel Journal all issues).
I have sent 3 messages and have not received a response. (I do appreciate that Thanksgiving may get in the way but they did send an email about discounts the day 3 days before it!!!).
I've had problems contacting someone before about downloadable items which is a shame as its so useful for those of us not in the US as custom charges make buying CDs or DVDs very expensive.
Please can someone let me know who to contact so I can get the pastel journal issues?!
