Good work. What led to this idea?

You mean BESIDES a lifelong love of dinosaurs? I dunno...ideas are always bouncing around inside my head every day of my life and for the life of me I can't think of what inspired me other than I wanted to paint an airplane of some sort for the Aviation sub forum here (and something that I could add to my galleries on the internet) and this sort of fell out of my brain.

I don't paint or draw "normal" stuff.....that would be boring.

Love the P-40. There's one that has hanger close to me so it flies over my house regularly.

What a great painting, it's so dynamic and fun to boot.

When I saw "Flying Tiger" I had something else in mind.
This is awesome and so much fun.
"Normal" is boring, I'm glad you're not!
