Re: What to paint on? Tight on $$$

I get the store brand canvases at Michaels in the multipack. Seems like they're on sale every few weeks and there's always a 40% or 50% off one item coupon on their website. The 10-pack of 8"x10" canvases is something like $20. So roughly $10 with a coupon or catching a "40% off all canvases" sale. $1 a surface isn't so bad for the smaller stuff (8x10 or 11x14). Maybe it's not the highest quality, but at my level, I don't know any better anyway.
