How do you do temporary hanging?
I've evolved a show/fair display that includes temporary walls (natural canvas flown very much like a flat square-rigged ship sail) and clip on hanging wires (clipped on to the top 'spar') with hooks spaced on them.
I've tried searching here, but get only an error message that my search tried to allocate more memory than was possible. I spent 20 minutes going through threads manually. I'm sure the answer is here, but any help you can give would be great.
I have oil paintings on stretched canvas, canvas panels, and hardboard (Masonite) panel. I've worked out how to hang the stretched canvases, but can't come up with a temporary solution for the panel paintings.
Is there a removable solution out there?
Is there a permanent solution that won't restrict possible customers when they go to frame the painting?
Thanks,
Dave
