Having been a subscriber to the Artist Network TV site, I have downloaded some items, but find I cannot download many others.

Is there specific items you can and cannot download? I thought that by paying for the subscription, you had access to all of the content.

Can anyone direct me as to which ones can and cannot be downloaded – and how you can tell the difference?

Artistnetwork.tv is a streaming site, you are not supposed to download a copy to your PC.

That said, the website format was changed some time ago and old links won’t work. See another thread about accessing videos.

Access to videos depends on your subscription.

Thanks for the reply. I am supposed to have the highest subscription, so if I can find a phone number i’ll try to call them to get help. Already emailed them but no response so far…..
