These are great paintings, and impressive how you used a palette knife with both. How did you photograph them? They seem somewhat dark, unless that was what you going for. I like how in the second one you have that smooth water in the background, and have that nicely detailed grass up front; those elements complement each other very well.

Lovely lively work. I particularly like the first one – the simplicity of the composition and the contrast of the colours.

Great water the waves look very natural. Nice work with the knife.
