first draft characters

this is my rough draft of a couple characters for a potential illustration job i have coming up. bear in mind that this is the roughest of rough drafts, as a matter of fact, this is the very first tracing of the original sketches. so don't be too critical of what you see. If this goes thru, it'll be my very first illustration job, and i'm very excited about it.y'all wish me luck!

Re: first draft characters

I like the lower center face the best. The nose enhances the features, and gives it a good style and personality.

I like the guy in the lower middle as well. Reminds me of a scooby do due -- somewhat. But he definately has his own apeal. The nose definately carries it. The little bald guy with the fangs seems like he should look older or something.
Is he a little evil dude per chance. I'd like to see these as you develop them. very interesting watson.

Re: first draft characters

Tremble,
Nice start for characters! Each one has his own personality. I like that. Not easy to do sometimes, when you get in a rut and try to do these types of drawings. I am really gonna watch the developement of these guys! I want to see where you take them!
