Droste Effect

I seem to remember some members displaying manips they did using the Droste Effect. I've never tried it until this morning. It's a little tricky to do effectively. I'm still working on it.
This one is far from perfect, but I'm starting to get the hang of it.
I also added a grunge effect to it

Yes it is freaky!

I found some freeware for the effect but haven't played much with it yet.

You're right, it is freaky and a little creepy, so my wife says.
This is less creepy, using the same effect.

There is software involved, but it is free.

Much better Terry. I found the software you referenced earlier but it will not work on CS2 so no luck with it.

However there is a way to do it the hard way I am thinking with layers and transform tool sizing.

Here is one I made of my son-in-law with the freeware I linked above. Took some playing. Not as good as Terry's but not bad. You really need the right image for this.

Yes, you do need the right image for it to be effective. It does take some playing around.
