Doing a self-assigned 30 Day Painting Challenge to avoid watching too much news in all this time now at home.
Purposefully not working on any single painting to a finished state, as I’m enjoying the process of sketching impressions with paint. Spending about an hour on each. They are all oil and range from 5×7 to 8×10.
Hope you are all well.
CC’s welcome.

March 27, 2020 at 6:46 pm #966061Nice work! Yeah, …..aren’t we all? I’ve been enjoying doing some paintings, too, using many of my paint colors from The Art Treehouse, an excellent painting supply source. As a bit of suggestion, I would put a bit more “modeling” or “shape” into that seashell. It could be a bit more 3-dimensional, I think.

On the last one to the ocean be sure to watch your water horizon line. Your horizon is running downward on the right.
