Earth (or River)

Acrylics or miniatures. . .acrylics or miniatures. . .acr Ok, I confess. This piece is only 2 x 3"....but it is acrylic, and it shows some of the great interference colours and metallics, and, if you turn it sideways, there's a lot of interesting textures. It's called 'Earth' but I suppose it could also be called 'River'.

Cool firebrush. I have been thinking that your paintings are somewhat organic looking. Think its the flowing varied texture effects that beings organic to my mind.

Re: Earth (or River)

Thanks for looking, Carol and Tubbekans...one of my personal struggles has been to move away from too much geometricity (geometricalness? - straight lines) and towards more organic. It is a constant battle, doing what doesn't come naturally.

Love love love those colours. Very cool.

I have a few canvasboards in that size and have been wondering what the heck to do with them... hmmm, now you've got me thinking.

Love the colors, the melding and flow, especially for that size.

jesslyn, ann, bresciani, chammi. . .T.F.L. This might be fun to try repeating in a bigger format.

Sometimes we try to reproduce one work in other configuration but we have other distinct one! I think we never do exactly configuration, always a new work.
(I don’t know how can I called this in English, possibly re-reading – “Re leitura” here?)

I would like to say, got to other challenge!

Kind Regards!
