Acrylics on canvas panel,size 20 x 30 inches.
My version of fishing on the Grand Banks,inspired by a painting of a fishing Dory painted by the great Jack L Gray.I may do some more work on the painting later.

Jim…on the painting the looms are thicker than they look on the photo,problem is that the light shading on the tops of the looms seem to blend in with the sea.

I love the boat in the forefront…all of them look good. I don’t see what you mean by the top rigging being too thick. I am not familiar with it, but as a novice, nothing looks out of place to me. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Also, I like how you show morion with the boats.
