Expectations of Hardship

This is perhaps the most minimal of the Symbols of Homo Clairensis paintings.

Same as the others: 16"x16" mixed media (paper, glass beads, acrylic) on cradled birch.

I think I used medium that I already had for this one. I also have glass beads used in optometry and used in reflective road painting.
