Thanks Judib. If it was an ugly old man, then yes it was mine!

Jim, post your portrait. I finished my bad jonquil today and posted it. The watercolour marker sketch could also use some more work so I will post when it's done. Or just post it because it was from life and interrupted...

It's lovely Robert. And so colourful. The one with a bit of blue really ups the contrast.

Re: The Goalpost March 2015

Sooo... one more day to go this month.
I actually did pretty well....4 Spotlights, and just today I took out an old one I was ready to throw out, looked at it a bit and decided to see if I could salvage it somehow. It was done at a Plein Aire Workshop with Frank Federico last fall, and it was AWful!
It had a watercolor underpainting on a board, which I wasn't used to....and the result was pretty bad. But today I could see some good in it, fixed a big eyesore, and am now a bit more satisfied with it.

Hope everyone has had a 'good' month, as well...

Re: The Goalpost March 2015

Starting next month's thread a little early! So post the finish here and your new goals on the new thread!

I did very little but I'm happy with my one Spotlight painting!
