My fave 2017 work created on Independence Day July 4 of a pink cosmos 12×9 ink line and watercolor wash using illustrated journaling. I love the delicate cosmos as a symbol to me of our freedom and its fragility :thumbsup:Link HERE

I painted this one from a reference in the August challenge. It’s all watercolour on cold press paper, size 10 x 10″. I think this was the only thing I posted in this forum last year (really need to do better in 2018!) but aside from that I think it was my best painting of 2017.

This one is from the July Challenge. I like this one because I used a cheap watercolor paper, and because of that, I struggled with problems. However I was quite pleased with the final result.
