How is everyone here on the board?

A while ago I watched a YouTube video in which the artist used a digital perspective tool for artwork that could be used in any software, and it was free. I want to download it and draw with it because, I believe it actually had rules built into it that could actually be used to measure with and to draw lines. I forgot the name of the software though, and he has so many videos posted that I did not want to view them all trying to search for the name of the software. Does anyone know what the software name, and where to download it?
