Use to denote nudity/mature subject matter last night's figure group and a man with a cape

I've been away on a fantastic hot holiday island so havent posted images for a couple of weeks. Now i'm back to the gloom and cold of good old Blighty - thank goodness for the figure group. Last night we had a male model who is, to say the least, a very extravagant character. I've drawn him a number of occasions but he suprised me even more this time, arriving in skin tight leggins, high heeled boots a fur cape and ruby red lipstick! He has a very skinny body which I find very difficult to draw but it was a fun night, especially when he posed in the cape. these are between 5 and 15 minutes. My favourite isnt shown as I gave it away to him after the session - it could have been Marlene Dietrich It wasnt my best drawing session but it was worth coming back to...

You are picking up things in the second drawing keep noticing, his head could use more volume but as a caricature it works.

Sounds and looks like a great model to draw. The second works well for me, subtly suggesting the bony build and self absorbed character. Good subject for an oil sketch I would think.

Thanks Bethany, Bill Harry and Joe. I think the only pic that has any merit is the middle one but it was an entertaining evening for sure This pic is the one that was missing, it was posted on the uni figure group page, somewhat stylised and over the top

That's a nice one. This guy is the sort of character who would appeal to Toulouse-Lautrec and your sketch immediately recalled his poster art.

I really like the lines in the second one David, as Harry said it really captures the boniness and how the internal structure informs the form.
