Use to denote nudity/mature subject matter Things beginning this week

Monday I tried some pictures of figures. (from 2 models of croqui)

The skeleton, while I was reading the beginning of struttura uomo (a part of the presentation of the book, maybe even as a reminder, on a sketchbook, I was thinking that, or I would have done here, several others, or added some notes here, since the notebook anyway remains while the sheets often do not keep them, paper, I say, the photos I am doing, instead I keep them in the computer.)

Yesterday I did, sheet a3, photocopy paper, it's drawings from life (let's say, one is a small gadget, light reproduction, small 12, 13 cmq of statue, bronze), I had posted the previous attempt, now I did these, up close . I then made a hand.
Finally, the last photo, again on a sketchbook a5,
nose from borgue, I did not start his work, all the boards or to do it with an order,
on the site where I read the translation of the first pages of Loomis - Drawing the Head and Hands
there were other articles on the portrait, with quetsa and a couple of his tables and some other references

here the ones I tried,
thanks for seeing.

this from life (a3)

nose bargue (a5):

the reference.
now i found this

I see you are hard at work Joe, I would suggest you make your figures bigger so you can rework them as you see errors. Good try on the skeleton and hand do more, repeat a 1000 times

Re: Things beginning this week

ArtistOz,
I really thank you very much for having seen, for the encouragement and for the advice.
I will then make one or two figures at most in sheet a3 or a4 ,, at the beginning using mostly a4 or a3 albums, so as to root this habit and have them more handy to go back, for mistakes.

ok , I will repeat them . thanks

Use to denote nudity/mature subject matter from loomis

loomis
I made these from loomis head, hand.

in the first, I concentrated mainly on copying what I saw, measuring more.
in the other 2 instead, they are faster, tried more as loomis said in the book, the circle, the construction

, the last photo, instead, is the model of the face I have,
this time I tried as a sketch following a little loomis

here a link where you can see the reference
https://www.wetcanvas.com/forums/sho....php?t=1386172

is the page of the facial plan, the simple one, the first one

I did this. paper a3.
the first from the croqui site, so it came to me from this dimension that the reference was a bit small

Use to denote nudity/mature subject matter I also add those of the weekend

I also add those of the weekend,
from photo, paper is a3

the first 2 figures (red figures ), the biggest ones made in 20/30 minutes each I think, (actually, in general I'm not very fast in drawing, regardless of the results), in this I tried more to review better, to redo some lines, so I think that extra time is important.

the skulls (this , paper is a4 ) are from 4 days ago, the red one is a quick sketch,
the first one has wrong proportions (especially in the second half) even though I had deleted it to do it again.
I plan to redesign it now, following the advice of ArtistOz, to draw it bigger this time (here I had done to the size of the book, if on the one hand the small drawings facilitate me lines, actually seeing it was difficult and also for the type of drawing I think is really important in the draw it remember me this advice), so precisely to be able to possibly make changes and understand it better.

Thank you so much
