Re: Figure

If the animal has any importance, show the whole animal. If not, it makes no sense in my opinion showing part of what looks like a lion, and it might be better to leave it out of the picture. The picture looks like it is about the young woman, so the animal does not seem to have any purpose, or show the whole package!

Re: Figure

Thank you for your comment! I should specify Iím looking for input on the figure of the woman only, thatís why the animal was cut off in this picture.

Re: Figure

The right leg is straight and stiff - since her left foot is trailing the right it seems unnatural. If she's walking into that position it would mean she has some condition with a stiff leg, if she was standing then decided to put her left foot behind her - it's possible but seems an odd thing to do.

Let me add that I think the figure is really well done. I had to really examine the figure and search for a problem. It's something that if you can't easily fix I wouldn't worry about it.

Re: Figure

a (very) crude PS to illustrate my suggestion

I changed the angle on the left foot, gave her left but cheek a bit more prominence so as to shift body weight. Put some bend in the right leg...
and added shadow to ground

Re: Figure

Let me take a wild guess here this is a self-portrait!!!! If we get picky, the hand is a little small, and the dark space between the upper thighs is unclear.

Re: Figure

I agree with theBongolian, her left foot was not and still is not right. It looks like it is turned inward. As soon as I looked at the picture, that is what I saw right away. So, it is noticeable. I would recommend that, it needs to be fixed as suggested with the digital form. Good luck
