    After doing the portrait swap, I have been in the mood to draw!

    My daughter Daya, 9×12 charcoal on Artagain paper.

                        Yes, I have been playing around with the trois crayons approach- basically black, white, and sanguine on toned paper. There are a lot of ways to go about it, some people use the red more predominantly. I like how using the red sparingly looks. I used black and white charcoal and a sanguine pastel pencil.
