This is my latest portrait from the second term of my drawing class. The first time trying darker skin, teeth and folds in clothing. This is a drawing from a drawing so I can’t upload a ref. Still need to finish right hand side of t-shirt. Hope I am improving, this one has taken many hours and huge frustration along the way but I am finally quite pleased with it. Winsor & Newton smooth and Faber Castell 9000 graphite pencils. Not used any blending, just pencils – trying to adopt Ken’s technique!
Hope you like it, very happy to receive any critiques and comments. Love this forum and I am trawling through all the old posts to get tips.
