I am wondering if anyone knows this artist? I have searched and searched, but don't even know what description to give it. Any info will be very appreciated and grateful. Thank you

It looks like cheap street or mass-market art, maybe an Asian market. Kind of like the velvet painting school. The technique is horrible and untrained. I honestly do not think the signature will lead you to anyone of note. It might even be a name all the painters were forced to sign. Just because a painting is signed does not mean that the artist is somehow documented in "art history." Obviously, if you enjoy it, keep it.
