Re: I am in love with AKUA INKS :) c&c for Monotypes and Litho

Hi Britt,
I also love Akua inks and have been using them for Lino, etching, collograph, mono printing and screen printing. Having just learnt polyester lithography, I was wondering how you use the Akua inks? I tried by adding mag mix to the ink but the image only comes out very pale. I read you use the release agent. Would you be able to explain how you use this with the ink for lithography. Thank you in advance.

Re: I am in love with AKUA INKS :) c&c for Monotypes and Litho

Welcome to the printmaking forum LolaLithe. I have never used the Akua inks but plan to try some soon.

This thread is 9 years old so you may not hear back from the person who originally posted it. You could try sending them a private message by clicking on their name, but they haven't posted here since November of 2008.

Be patient, this forum doesn't see a lot of activity, but someone else might come along to help you out.
