Watercolor shelf for Camera Tripod
There is a shelf that fits onto the legs of a camera tripod
You rest your palette and water on it
It cost $20
I have seen it online, but cannot find the link
Does anyone have a link to where I can buy it?
Thanks

Morning, Neeman!
This may be the link you want:
enpleinairpro
Or, alternatively:
sun-eden
Then again (for those who haven't seen it) Chito's DIY(?) conversion looks the bee's knees!

Re: Watercolor shelf for Camera Tripod
There us also a neat little rigging that folds up small that you can set your tray on but without the hassel of carrying a large shelf.
It works great for pastels also or oils...or anything.

Re: Watercolor shelf for Camera Tripod
Hmm, I have an en Plein aire pro with the standard shelf. I like it, but that advanced palette looks fantastic!
I wonder how the Butler copes with s-hooks? It might be just the answer I have been looking for to hanging stuff from my tripod.

Re: Watercolor shelf for Camera Tripod
I had the watercolor one first, it was waaaaaay toooo light for me. I returned it for the heavier one, which is sold with the oil painter's kit. Larger and far heavier. But then I got it set up and it was always in my way, so I sold it on wetcanvas to esther.
Bought a new box and haven't been out yet. Humpf.

Re: Watercolor shelf for Camera Tripod
OK the butler is a great idea, and I've seen those arms on a "thing" in a charity shop, for pennies. the rest is a bit of dural with holes. And I'm guessing the hoselok rubber rings for the hose fittings are the right size. Listen for the saw cutting out the metal, Woo Hoo

Re: Watercolor shelf for Camera Tripod
Horsa, I think the Easel Butler might work okay for s-hooks as it has extra holes in it from which one could hang almost anything I would think.
