Hi New Here

I have been an oil based painter for years, but never adventured into watercolor.

I want to learn everything I can to improve my WC artwork, because WOW, watercolor painting is NOTHING like oils and is hard. Some of the artwork I have seen is AMAZING and I hope to one day be that good too!

I look forward to talking with other artists here and learning from the experts...

Wet Canvas is a great place to explore and learn!
Look around and find a subject or medium you like, there is truly something for everyone here.
Things are arranged here by subject and also by medium.
Have fun looking around, lots of things to do, Learning Areas and Monthly Challenges in several forums.
Look at some of the forums and you'll soon find a fit that's right for you, or maybe several forums!

Hi, watercolors are so interesting to use, I love when I go back to them after doing other mediums for awhile. There's nothing like them.
