Persian Cat WIP -Finished!

My favorite kind of painting!
Big shinny eyes looking up and a fluffy chest.

Since I learned a lot about fur on my last Lila painting, my hopes are big on this one.

Fisher 400 with Nupastels and pastel pencils (FC, Carbothello and Derwent)
Size is 35cm x 25cm.

I take so many pictures not because Im obesssed with WIPs, but because I need to see them on my monitor to see mistakes clearly. (Does anyone else has this need?)

And I post them all here so people can learn with my mistakes by seeing the final painting and how I got there.

Thats it so far, 1 hour in.
Now back to real life, dishes are waiting for me, sigh.

Re: Persian Cat WIP

Beautiful! I think cats can be the most difficult of faces to do - at least for me they are. You are off to a wonderful start here!
