Just gettin now gettin down to the fine detail so it wont be done for a while but here is the rough out.

Aaronc..will watch the progress on this. I have a cousin from Canada that visits us every year and his father in law does these as well as a marvelous duck, bird, animal carver etc. I have a couple of his works and really enjoy them. He carved an eagle's head on the attachment end of a moose horn and the spread of the horn makes a perfect wing.

I've always been a big fan of antler carvings. Looks great so far. I'll be watching with anticipation as you continue.

Wanted to add a candle holder to the carving,........went with a "candle corral" carved out of elk. Obviously still a WIP.

My mouth fell open when I saw the progress from elk antler to candle holder. Amazing work! Keep it up!
