Re: can I get a head count

Hi! I do mostly illustration, although I probably wouldn't have thought about being "an illustrator" until recently. I have done work for my old job, doing pamphlets and some (rather primitive) science illustrations. As well, I have a position doing work with our school board doing illustrations for a classroom curriculum that is being modified for teaching First Nations students. I just did my first charicature yesterday as well. I guess you could call me a working illustrator.

I use mostly my wacom tablet and Adobe photoshop, although I have used Corel Photopaint and Corel Draw in the past.

Hey Slaterza, using Illustrator, is that similar to using CorelDraw? I have experience with draw, but have been thinking of getting Illustrator. I have Pshop 6 currently.
Watch for the gootchie fingers...

Re: can I get a head count

well, seeing as I am lurking about here reading all the posts...might as well contribute.

I'm currently plugging away at becomming an illustrator, and pop in here from time to time to see what I can learn from the folks in this forum. I've learnt quite a bit so far!

I work in many mediums , you can see what I get up to at: http://theartoflea.blogspot.com/
