Chain Of Mesas is breathtakingly beautiful! The sky, the colors, there is a very subtle but powerful feel to this painting - I think this is one of your best yet! (I know I'm come on again and look at another of your paintings and probably say the same, but man oh man - you are taking things to a whole new level lately - I am in awe of your recent paintings!)

Calm Before The Storm, Southwest side of Gulf of Mexico, 18x24 palette knife on 225lb heavy linen paper with Chroma Interactive acrylics done in a loose expressionistic style with semi abstract passages.

The Calm Before the Storm...I love the depth of your values in this piece! The muted, quiet, cool colors that suggest exactly what the title describes - that stillness before a storm. Excellent!
