Sandhill Crane - FINISHED

I've been waiting to do this piece for awhile. It's a 11x14 board of a sandhill crane for my grandmother. Every year she goes to Nebraska to count sandhill cranes in migration, so I decided to make this for her for Christmas this year.
CC welcome!

What wonderful work on the feathers, coloring is masterful. I love the bug in its beak and the overall composition. Your grandmother will absolutely cherish this.
