Similar to the last I posted. This one is to replace one of those that sold recently. I have been using recycled frames of late. With this frame I stripped it back but left traces of its history... a layer of orange, then white, then brown. It is sealed with Birchwood Casey gunstock finish, which is an interesting varnish to use if you have never tried it.... you smooth it on with your fingers. With sucessive layers it looks like a two part epoxy but does not scratch white, so its great for furniture. anyhow, I digress. This is the first of this type I have done in marri resin.... I like the red tone of it.
72x56mm Marri resin on masonite board in recycled frame, with a dab of two of white enamel.
