Thanks Rahul, Anthony & Artmarkie.

Re: Coloured Ink Works

Ohhh! I was just wondering how acrylic ink washes might work on top of a pen and ink drawing and you answered my question! GREAT!

As mentioned previously I plan on using acrylic ink over my pen drawings and see where it goes.

Perhaps it's more like a watercolour, watermedia or an illustration and not traditional pen and ink.

Whatever the case may be I'll leave it to the forum to decide if it's suitable to post here in the future otherwise I'm more than happy to move on.

cheers, Shane.

These left me breathless. I love this sort of detail and accuracy, you've got that sense of green distance down perfectly. Your washes only enhance the diligent, careful pen work and the values are wonderful. Acrylic inks seem to be really working for you.

Wonderful variety of greens with just those hints of browns and grays around them. I love the color and you've got it there in all its nuances.
