    Hello,
I was captivated by the shadow the leaves created on the ground. There’s still some finish work to do – I’m not overly thrilled with the OPs I’m using (Erengi), as some of the colors are not as opaque as I would like.

    C&Cs welcomed!

Beautiful work, Wendy! To help with the opacity – try to mix/blend in a little of the very opaque colors into your painting. A new range of shades to get used to:angel:

Thank you for the suggestion. I’ll definitely try that.

Hi Wendy – you have a beautiful palette here. I love your yellowy orange (or is it orangey yellows?). Nice shadow work, too, you captured that little heart-shaped leaf perfectly. You mentioned some finishing work yet to do – I hope to see the final version. Very nice painting so far.
