White Horse

Hi All,

Here is my latest drawing of Horse. Size of drawing is 75 x 55 cm.

I made backgound with Cretacolor Sanguine Chalk. Actually, I made powder of lead then applied first after intial drawing. I traced out drawing on tracing paper again to make masking before applying background.

For Horse, I used cool grey, black, brown peccils.

C&C are most welcome.

Regards,

Manish

Re: White Horse

Love the idea and the sanguine colour works extremely well in this

As for critique ..... fabulous work on the head, neck and body super job
You got some issues with its legs though Horse anatomy is quiet difficult though.
I would have liked to see some warmer colours in the horse too, as reflected light from the warm background colour.

Overall though, lovely work

Re: White Horse

Really lovely!!!

I agree with the leg issue. Especially the near fore leg. His knee seems to be a touch too low. But overall it's lovely!

Re: White Horse

I am not a horse expert, but this is quite lovely, Manish! I love the use of color in the background!
