Wow, John, this one packs a punch! Love the powerful light and shadow in this piece. I can feel the thunder of galloping hooves just looking at this. What a wonderful painting! Please be sure to share the finished painting with us.

Good evening everyone hope everyone is healthy and happy, I got around to finishing The Beast before the storm. so here it is. I added a bit of a stampede in the background and added some color to what we call out west the painted mountains. Hope you like it. I’ve just sent of for a print. can’t wait to see it on my wall. Oh I thought I’d add a close up pick of the cowboy on the horse. this is such a large painting I cant put it full size in the forum.
