I like this. I especially like the shadowing on the body.

It's very good! I hope they are also giving you critiques there too, since they are supposed to be good at it.

Re: Dressing in Style (Critique Please!)

I'm not too familiar with horse anatomy, but it seems to me here you're going in a more human direction with the anatomy here than with other pony art I've seen, mainly in the torso and shoulders. Doing some sketches from real horses will help if this isn't intentional. You've done a good job with the colouring - I'd suggest taking it a bit darker or start experimenting with reflected light to give your work that extra oomph. You've done a good job with the pattern on the outfit - it reminds me of my old school uniform!

Re: Dressing in Style (Critique Please!)

I like it, in a cartoon style with just a little touch of anime style. what bothers me a little is the coloring. It seems to me that the grey in the boots and the grey in the outfit look like greyscale, rather than grey. With all of the other color so bright, I'm expecting the greys to be a little more vibrant a little touch of color in the grey. I hope I'm explaining my self properly.

I like it. The cartoon is well done and I like the pose. I like the colors and modeling of the figure.

Re: Dressing in Style (Critique Please!)

I think there is a bit too much shadow here. MLP is a really bright cartoon and all of this shadow really bogs it down.
