please help...

Does anyone know a good guide book for shading/highlighting cartoons with color?

I cant seem to get any depth to my creations.

its not cartoons...but very inspiring for color possibilities that might lend, but check out Frank Frazetta's work...powerful..

Alex Ross as well. In fact, check out the favorite thread here in Illustration forum of illustrators. Some examples in there...
