problems logging in
I seem to have no problems logging in - my user name and the log in is confirmed on the main forum index page.
When I try to add a thread to Acrylic I get a "not logged in error".

Re: problems logging in
It's been acting up for me as well. Is it working for you now?
There is a Report All Bugs 2012 thread where you might want to report this.

It has happened before. Try clearing your cookies.

Re: problems logging in
For a few days logging in was working. It is not working today.
I was the bussiness forum, and the page showed i was not logged in. so I logged in. A message box was presented saying " welcome madtripper ...." . the message quickly left the screen and I was returned to the business forum. I was shown as not logged in.
I then went to the main forum listing and it showed that i was logged in. Returning to businees section - I was not logged in. The bussiness section does not seem to recognize the logged in event.
This screen shows that I am logged in.
Aa second problem is the search for this forum. I did a search for madtripper, trying to find my last post.No match was found which is incorrect.
A side comment - it might be a good ida to have a special forum for reporting problems. This forum is not treally a good match, but I could not find a better place to enter bugs.

Re: problems logging in
After sending my last message, I tried several forums and i am logged into eveeryone one of them, with the exception of the bussiness forum.
the last time I reported a problem it was with the Acrylic forum - which today works.
Here is a theory, based on my last two reports. The forum used for logging in (ie the forum you are in when you log in) does not seem to know that the login process was completed. Other forums aare OK.

Re: problems logging in
T,ry clearing your cookies ( temporary internet files ) that is usually the problem. BTW I never log out.
Incidentally there is a Report all Bugs thread at the top of this forum.

Re: problems logging in
Yorky - I doubt this has anything to do with cookies. If it did I would have problems being logged in on all pages.
Today I went in to the Abstract forum, logged in, and now I am not logged into that one forum. I am logged in here and can send this message.
I find the organization of this site very confusing. I looked for a Rport Bugs forum but there is none listed on the main listing. How is anyone to know to find it embedded in a different forum??

Re: problems logging in
Oops. Did I make a mistake registering again?
After (not all 5 tries) the password I have written down didn't work. I tried forgot password, and the email address I have written down isn't recognized by Wetcanvas.
I registered with the new studio name. But what happened to the old ID?

Send me details and I'll restore your old ID and send a temporary password.
