I lived in Seattle for years; I remember the winter well! I'm one of the crazy people who loves Seattle's weather. It's glorious in summer and especially fall, and it's rarely too cold in winter to go outside. Yes, it mists or sprits a lot in winter and spring, but I played lots of golf and did lots of sailing in weather like that, and I loved it.
