Funny when I was growing up my mom had a lot of 29th Birthdays. I believe, she was that age when I was born. Still It didn't seem odd that she didn't add on years like everyone else and I'm sure it took decades for me to figure out, what ever her age - 29 or not - mom's really are ageless!

About 36: I had looked up the number 36 to see what is associated with it and was amazed with some of the connections, even so I didn't see anything I wanted to tag the painting with so it is just 36 red objects. You'd think it was more sophisticated than that, wouldn't you?

Re: 36 Red

OK, here is the update. I was working on playing up the red-blue-green palette. Sometimes, to me, it seems like you cant get colors bright enough or contrasty enough but I think I am on my way with this. My decision at this point is whether to go further with it or let be. C&C welcome. What do you think?

I would say let it be. Any more work and you might lose the vibrancy and balance you have right now. This feels like a roses bobbing in a pond.

I am liking it at this point but I can see a couple of small enhancements ...small ones. Thanks for your thoughts SteelDolphin.

Yes, I agree with steeldolphin. be careful how much further you push! Having said that I can't wait to see the final outcome.

Yes, the line of too much is easy to cross so I added a few more brush strokes of a slightly brighter yellow-green and signed it. It probably isn't that noticeable to most. Thanks for looking.

Here is the last 2 to compare. Final is on the Left, previous on the right.
