Pawnshop O2 concentrator DeVilbiss 5LPM 11k hours

Hi, first post - I saw a DeVilbiss 5LPM concentrator with 11k hours on the clock at a pawnshop today.

Price when I first asked: $250
Price when I sounded like I might know something about concentrators: $200.
Price as I was walking out the door: $175.

I'm a triple-A level tinkerer, so I'm not at all risk-averse. Assuming the unit is functional, but not necessarily running at peak performance, is $150-$175 a reasonable price?

(I'm assuming I might have to have it rebuilt in the future, or at least use it for parts for my girl robot.

I blow hot glass and am just starting to think about torchwork, so treat this as a very generic question.

1) "Pawnshop" in this case means it's not stolen; details like serial #, identity of "pawner" and original owner are given to, and available from the state police.

B) I am not now, nor have I ever been involved in any way with building a "girl robot".

I think that is a good price even if you have to have to rebuilt. I just got one and payed 680.00

Im Leery of used oxycons. Shipping and repairs will run you into the new price range if its buggy.
